Welcome to Pelican Bay
A lively community with a diverse array of homes
In the northern part of Naples lies Pelican Bay, an exclusive community with stunning homes and fantastic amenities. With easy access to waterfront dining, well-maintained fitness facilities, and private beaches, residents of Pelican Bay live the classic Floridian life of luxury.
Pelican Bay was originally established with the ideas of conservation and preservation in mind. Prior to its development, the Pelican Bay area was richly forested land surrounded by beaches and the ocean. A property group purchased this land in 1972, and they began planning to create a residential community here while also keeping much of the surrounding wildlife intact. As homes and amenities began being built, local officials ensured that areas such as the indigenous mangrove forest were preserved, creating a community layout based on what many today call “a model of environmental planning.”
Nowadays, the mangrove forest and surrounding areas are well-kept and closely monitored to ensure they thrive. Pelican Bay also has been developed to provide world-class amenities, incredible dining, and exclusive beach facilities to residents.
